The customer pays a delivery charge of 4.5 CHF for all orders under 95CHF. For all orders over 95CHF, the delivery costs are free.

KURE Switzerland (referred to as « KURE ») delivers in Switzerland. Delivery is made by parcel service of the Swiss Post. All available items are normally dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days (weekends and public holidays are excluded).

In the event that KURE is unable to deliver the goods ordered within 10 working days, the Customer may cancel the order by sending an e-mail to mentioning the order references. This cancellation will only be taken into account if it is received by KURE 24 hours before the goods ordered are handed over to the Post Office. Otherwise, the order cannot be cancelled.

In the case of an unclaimed parcel, KURE cannot be held responsible and the costs of the possible reshipment of the parcel are to be borne by the Customer. Before any reshipment, KURE may ask the Customer to pay the related costs in advance by bank transfer to the account of KURE. If no news is received from the Customer within one month of the sending of the transfer request, KURE reserves the right to cancel the order.



When ordering via, the ordering process consists of a total of 3 steps: firstly, the Customer selects the desired goods. In the second step, the Customer indicates the delivery address and selects the desired payment method. In the third step, the Customer sends the order and receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order without delay.

KURE sells products exclusively to end users of legal age. The Customer assures that he/she has only transmitted information that is true and is therefore liable to KURE for any damage resulting from inaccurate information (such as the impossibility of delivery due to an error in the address indicated by the Customer).

The order placed by the Customer constitutes a firm offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract in accordance with the ordering terms and conditions provided by KURE. Once validated by the Customer, this order cannot be withdrawn without the acceptance of a formal request for cancellation of the order sent to

KURE reserves the right to accept, refuse or cancel an order without giving reasons. KURE communicates its decision of acceptance, refusal or cancellation by an e-mail sent to the address indicated by the Customer in the order. In the event of refusal or cancellation, the Customer's claims against KURE are limited to the return of the advance paid.

The stock status of the products displayed on is purely indicative. Furthermore, the photos, descriptions and characteristics of the products shown on are not contractual. KURE asks the Customer to bear in mind that all our products are handmade and natural, and it is normal to observe differences from one product to another, such as slight variations in colour, capacity or clarity.



KURE does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In the rare event that damaged goods are received, please return the non-conforming goods in their original unopened container or packaging. The return of the goods must be preceded by the acceptance of a return request submitted by the Customer to within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

For returned defective products, the customer has the choice of one of the following two options:
- a cash refund of the value of the defective product(s)
- replacement of the defective product(s) by standard exchange or by the supply of a product of equivalent value


The prices in force are those indicated at the time of the order and are only valid in Switzerland. They are expressed in Swiss francs and include all taxes.

An order via implies an advance payment of the amount of the order and the fees. The following are accepted:
- Mastercard
- Visa


The entire content of, including photos, images, texts, videos and sounds, is our property or that of our partners. Their use is only permitted with our express consent. The "KURE Switzerland" brand may not be used without our prior written consent.


Your personal data relevant to each order will be collected, processed, used and stored by us in accordance with the relevant legal provisions on data protection for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.


The total or partial impossibility of using a KURE product due to product incompatibility (for example, in the case of an allergy) cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or liability on the part of KURE. KURE is only liable for direct damage that the customer proves to be caused by a serious fault of KURE. In the event of liability on the part of KURE, this is limited to the price of the product concerned.
